At Underbrush, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email or directly through the portal.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are present, and affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or exchange.
